rdesktop and Windows StickyKeys

I'm having a problem here with rdesktop and Windows StickyKeys. This may or may not be an rdesktop issue specifically, but I was hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction. Whenever I run rdesktop, if I hold down the shift key, Windows seems to see it as me repeatedly pressing the shift key rather than holding it down, and brings up the "StickyKeys" dialog. This does not happen on most of my systems, but I have one system, running kernel 2.6.27.6, Xorg7, and rdesktop 1.5 and/or 1.6 that produces this behavior consistently.
