rdesktop on Ubuntu 8.04 is very smooth for me, but on Ubuntu 8.10 they
did something to the input handling in xorg, and sometimes I would
lose control of the mouse and keyboard to rdesktop and not be able to
get it back. This can happen if I try to use the right-click move
function on the rdesktop window.

I know others are running 8.10 with rdesktop but they have found some
workarounds on the web to fix these kinds of problems.
