Hi,

i tried to run "rdesktop -s notepad" (replacing the windows shell)
to my windows XP (SP3), but I get always the normal desktop and not the
notepad.

I think, it's a problem of the current version (SP3..) of my WinXP.
I tried the "rdesktop -s" to a w2k3-server, and it works fine ..

Also playing around with the PreXPSP2ShellProtocolBehavior key inside
the registry (e.g.

m)
) do not help me to fix this problem - I cannot start a different shell
..

No - I stucked .. could somebody confirm this problem ? Or even better -
can
tell me a solution ?

best regards
Danny

P.S.: Using current rdesktop 1.6.0.
