bug: The device is not connected

Figured it out.  It is a bug.

The problem is that the *first* file you copy can not
be a file residing on a network attached drive on the
Terminal Server (TS).  If you do, you get the "Error
0x8007048F: The device is not connected" message.
After this error, can not longer use your local
attached directory.

The work around is to log off of TS, then reconnect.
Reconnecting removes the "device is not connected"
error.

Once you have removed the error, copy the file from
the TS' network drive to the TS' desktop (only if
the desktop has not been redirected to a network drive).
Then copy from the TS' desktop to your local drive's
shared directory.

After you have done the above, you can copy any way
you like, including TS' network drive to your local
shared directory.
