Czech key mapping

Hello,

today, i was trying rdesktop to my windows XP box. I have samba NT
domain, and was authenticating to XP domain. unfortunately, i was unable to
sign in with my password after fourth try. I have to say, i got angry.

i found for whatever reason, e key on my keyboard produced symbol for
euro. After little time, i found Czech mapping is almost everywhere
invalid. So, i created one myself. 

It maps from Czechia (layout name under ubuntu 9.10) keyboard layout 
(QWERTZ with modified numbers and
some more), so when i have czech layout under linux, i have the same
under windows. I get rid of annoying "unmapped key sequence" messages,
also i can use it without problem, and i can login into system with e or
v in my password without altgr.

There are people, especially IT specialist as programmers, who hate
czech layout in windows or linux, and use modified variant, where you
can write letters with caron or acute using altgr, without modified you
have almost exactly us layout. That is not default
windows keyboard and not for ordinary people. Those who want english
layout, they should alias rdesktop to rdesktop -k en, or symlink
~/.rdesktop/keymaps/cs to /usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/en, or do that
system wide.

I think what is inside cs mapping in current stable release might be try
to czech programmer keyboard. But i am sure "e" and "v" mappings are
invalid, as they produce euro and at symbols without shift or altgr
modifiers. Even eastern, we are europeans (we call ourself middle :), e
and v are inside our alphabet and no sensible person would want such
mapping. 

I suggest current cs mapping should be replaced with mine, or renamed to
cs-programmer AND fixed.

my LANG is LANG=cs_CZ.UTF-8, my system is ubuntu 9.10, but stable has
the same mapping as my package.

Sorry for long message, but what is there now is really wrong, i dont
understand who made it and whether he/she ever tried it use at least
once.
