I think, you can only display those 32deep rdp colours, if your X11-Display
already runs with that depth - which most diplays never do, because thex
define 'true color' by RGB each 8 bit deep = 24 -- and Win* seemingly uses
eighter 16 or 32, so the default UNIX-X11 and Win*-GUI only agree on 16.

So I assume (but have never tested yet) an X11-Display running with
depth 32 to allow 'rdesktop -a 32'.  Perhaps you can adapt the
/etc/X11/xorg.conf and set/start the X-Display accordingly...
