Keyboard Shortcut to Disconnect

I was wondering if there's a keyboard shortcut I can use to disconnect
from an RDP session, or if not if one could be added?

I use Thinstation and with a normal RDP session it's not too bad, as
there's a Disconnect option on the Start Menu (although it doesn't
seem possible to disconnect from the login screen without logging in
first). However, I also use rdesktop to VRDP in to a Virtualbox XP
guest, which is more like VNC than RDP as far as Windows is concerned,
so it shows Shut Down rather than Disconnect on the Start Menu,
meaning there's no way for me to disconnect other than to reboot the
Thinstation terminal.
