Hi, I tried to search the list to find a solution for this, but failed. Hope Im not sending a duplicate question. I use debian 6 with rdesktop version 1.6.0 (latest in repos). I installed seamlessrdp using the binaries from cendio.com/seamlessrdp downloaded yesterday 22/5-2012 I have configured our server 2011 (2008r2) windows server to allow rdp connections and added c:\seamlessrdp\seamlessrdpshell to remoteapp handler. I even added seamlessrdpshell64 since the server is 64 bits. I allowed both of them to pass arguments when connecting. I then added notepad to be exported via rdp. (not allowed to pass arguments) then I try to connect to it using a line like this; rdesktop -a 16 -A -s 'c:\seamlessrdp\seamlessrdpshell.exe c:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe' serverip -u username -p password It connects alright, but it does not change shell into notepad. Instead I just get the desktop. I tried using seamlessrdpshell64.exe also, but same result. I also tried using the alias "notepad" instead of the entire path, but same result. Are there any more steps I need to look into to shell into another program? The goal is of course to run another application (InDesign), not notepad. Are there any way to debug this to see where it goes wrong?
