Why do you think this is "wrong"? As you can see, the RDP server redirected you to [email protected]. In order to be a correct RDP client, rdesktop must obey this, and do the redirection. If you have a load balancing cluster, you must make sure that you have a working environment on all servers in the cluster. As a side note, why do you want to run Windows 2012? Our experience is that there's a lot of problems with it, and there's very little documentation from Microsoft. Most articles on http://technet.microsoft.com only applies to Windows 2008 R2.
