Current status of sub-group and WWW pages

Hi, I am Yasuhiro Ohara, a doctor course student,
and new to this list.

Is there any on-going sub-group ? I roughly went through
the WWW pages but could not find the information (actually
some links are broken on the web).

I'm interested in QoSR, Next-Generation routing, and currently
working on IPv6 OSPF.

Any document, list of papers, or pointers to those related to
QoSR or Next-Generation routing protocols will be greatly
appreciated.

Sorry for bothering but will the WWW pages be updated ?
