How to user kernel handler?

Hello,

How do I call a handler in a Linux kernel module Click configuration? I
find an element named "KernelHandlerProxy". I put the example in the
document into my configuration file, but when I install my configuration, I
get "unknown element class KernelHandlerProxy". How do I use this element?
