Patchless kernels available

Hi,
I want to install click at kernel level and I came across an archive that
said after kernel 2.6.24, the linuxmodule will install without a patch in a
few specific kernel versions (ex: 2.6.32-41). I needed to know if this is
true and if so will I be able to use all the kernel level features (like
PollDevice for Intel Pro/MT1000 Desktop/Server NIC). I also wanted to know
which are the exact kernel versions (tested) that work patchless for click
linuxmodule.
