OSPF routing with own modifications

Hello,

I need to change static routing element into OSPF routing element. There
are exist prepared elements that implement OSPF functionality or I have to
impement them yourself? Maybe can I use other applications as Quagga?
Except implementing OSPF I would like entire some changes within.
