The retirement of the "preview" dir

I meant to mention that the "preview" dir on the rsync web/ftp site is
in the process of being retired.  It will continue to exist through
this current pre-release cycle, but will vanish soon thereafter.

Anyone maintaining an rsync package can already simplify their scripts
to look for the pre2 release in the top directory, which makes the URL
for normal & pre-release versions differ by just the version portion of
the filename.
