FUSE module to mount from --fake-super xattr?

Hello,

Do you know of a way to bind-mount a directory, so that file ownership
and permissions are read from and written to the user.rsync.%stat
extended attribute?

I expected to find a fuse module which does that, but there seems to be
none written yet...

It would make it straightforward to work with "containers" locally, then
syncing with rsync.
