Help Needed: Compiling Samba 2.2.7a under Solaris 2.5

Hi there,

I tried to compile Samba 2.2.7a under Solaris 2.5 as the following output:

# . ./configure --help
loading cache ./config.cache
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... cc
checking whether the C compiler (cc -O  ) works... no
configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot
create executables.

whats wrong?
