Folks,

We are testing a bugzilla installation for managing
bug reports againat Samba, the build farm, & samba.org
website.

I would like to get a feel wether or not packaging
maintainers think it would be useful to manage
packaging bugs as well. The reason I ask is that I know
several maintainers just send me snapshots of their
unofficial packages for whatever distro/OS they support.
Perhaps you already have a bug tracking system in place.

I will probably add a packaging component for my own sake
so if others want to use it as well that's fine by me.

btw...the server is up at

	https://bugzilla.samba.org/

we are planning on moving this to https://bugs.samba.org/
to keep with the jitterbug URL. The old bugs server will
be kept online for reference only.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

cheers, jerry
