I edit the smb.conf file and put the following: [global] Netbios name = p166 Workgroup = kkutre [compartido] path = / browseable = yes guest ok = yes I started the services (smbd -D and nmbd -D) and in my Win 2000 y see the Linux machine but when i double-clic on it the Win 2k said that the aren´t have route to network, i don´t understand thios because i have configured a Red Hat 7.1 to be a PDC of the LAN and its works whit this version of samba, but now i only want to conect to the computer and see de data.
