Samba 3.0.0 planned to be released in the next 24 hours

Folks,

For those maintaining packages, we are planning on releasing the 
official 3.0.0 tomorrow 5pm GMT-5.  This means I need any packaging 
changes for the CVS tree by 8am GMT-5 tomorrow.

The SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE branch is almost in its final state (with the 
exception of docs/).  Ther may be one more small change to 
param/locaparm.c before the final release.
