    tevent: remove shebang from tevent.py
    
    The tevent.py is not a executable python script.
    And rpmlint consider it as an error if module file
    contians shebang
    
        python2-tevent.x86_64: E: non-executable-script
            /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/tevent.py 644 /usr/bin/python
        python3-tevent.x86_64: E: non-executable-script
            /usr/lib64/python3.5/site-packages/tevent.py 644 /usr/bin/python
