If people aren't aware, the original intent of
the mailing was to coordinate documentation
development.  We could move doc devel discussion
to samba-technical and to doc announcements
on samba-announce.

Plus, it we aren't going to use this list, then
we run the risk of people siging up when they
should be subscribed to samba-technical.
