Hello Samba users, I’m running into an issue when upgrading from SAMBA+ 4.22 to 4.23 (and also with a fresh 4.23 installation). When using the SerNet SAMBA+ 4.23 repository, dnf fails because the file repodata/repomd.xml.key is missing in the 4.23 repository. The same file is present and accessible in the 4.22 repository, and the configuration works there without any problems. With repo_gpgcheck / gpgcheck enabled, the 4.23 repo cannot be used as-is. I’m aware that disabling metadata verification is a possible workaround, but this does not look like an intended or clean solution. This looks like either: a packaging / repository metadata issue on the SerNet side, or an undocumented change in how the 4.23 repository metadata is signed. Could someone please confirm whether this is a known issue, or if there was an intentional change in the repository signing for SAMBA+ 4.23? Thanks in advance for any clarification.
