OK, seems that the correct name to use here is 'IPP Everywhere': https://www.pwg.org/ipp/evefaq.html What Computers/Devices Support IPP Everywhere™? All computers running CUPS 1.5 or later support IPP Everywhere, which includes all major Linux distributions, ChromeOS, Open Solaris, *BSD, and macOS®. In addition, most mobile devices now support printing via IPP using IPP Everywhere or a related vendor standard such as AirPrint® or Mopria®. so 'IPP Everywhere', 'AirPrint' and 'Mopria' seems more or less the same things. (even if this sentences seems to refer as CUPS be able to connect to MOPRIA printer, not expose MOPRIA queue...) Windows client side seems suffices to enable 'Internet Printing Client', that seems just enabled by default. So, it suffices to have a non-archeological CUPS server? Seems really not to me... -- -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/options/samba
