samba-4.21.10: Can no longer copy a file via smb in a folder with permissions rwx rwx -wx (773)

Hello,

since recently I experience a strange samba problem.
I run a SLES15SP7 Server with samba-4.21.10. The samba server is joined 
to a Windows ADS Donain controller. All user accounts are available on 
the linux side as well as on the samba side. "net ads testjoin" says the 
join with windows is ok. Quite everything works fine except for one detail:
There is a folder say "upload" that has a permission of 773: rwxrwx-wx. 
With this permission it should be possible for anyone to copy/move a 
file in the "upload" folder. This works fine on Linux cmdline but
trying to copy a file into the upload folder via samba results in an 
error. The file is not copied then.

In SLES15SP6 with samba 4.21 this was no problem, but since the upgrade 
it does no longer work. Aside from the described problem samba continues 
to work fine.

Does anyone know about this strange problem and even more interesting 
does anyone have an idea what might be wrong?
