Hi Rainer,
when you have integrated the Fileserver into a AD environment, than the 
normal Linux Permissions are only the half  truth. You have to deal also 
with the ACLs. Use the following command on the "upload" Folder to see 
the real permissions (AD-User-Permissions):
getfacl -R /upload
