For a sake of completeness:

1) in the test system i've changed the DNS, so server resolve in different
 way, so the policy that list the permitted print server does not work because
list 'server.domainold.it' instead of 'server.domainnew.it'. Sorry.

2)
	reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\RPC" /f /v "RpcUseNamedPipeProtocol" /t REG_DWORD /d "1"
	reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print" /f /v "RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled" /t REG_DWORD /d "0"

was added to Win11 box, but not to win10 box; in win11 the absence of these
policy prevent printing tout court; in win10 prevent printing from
non-domain users, never minded about that.
