GPLv3 Samba Compliance Issue: Innuos Zen mini (Innuos v3.4.4)

Hello Samba Team,

I am writing to report a clear, documented GPLv3 compliance violation by Innuos regarding their "Zen mini" music server hardware. The appliance runs a custom OS based on a now out-dated Debian 10.13 distro and distributes a Samba binary (version 4.9.5-Debian).

I recently contacted their support team to obtain the Complete Corresponding Source and the Installation Information required to run modified binaries on this consumer hardware ("User Product").

Their support department explicitly refused compliance by refusing the Installation Information:

"I'm afraid this is not possible, we do not provide root access to our system. I am not aware of any manufacturer that allows such on their products."

and also not providing the exact source code for the samba binaries on my device:

"Regarding SAMBA, this is used as part of Debian and has not been modified by Innuos for the platform, so you can obtain the source code for Samba at https://github.com/samba-team/samba directly"

Following my response challenging these statements and also requesting the accompanying Linux Kernel source (which bears a custom -innuos suffix) and LMS source code, Innuos ceased all communication

This is not an isolated incident or an uneducated support agent mistake. Innuos has a documented history of ignoring open-source compliance. In 2021, their R&D Director was publicly made aware of systemic GPL violations regarding their proprietary extensions and lockdown of Logitech Media Server (LMS) on the same platform:

Despite years of awareness, their shipped products still contain no written GPL offer, no source code, and they continue to lock down the means to install modified versions of GPLv3 software.

I have already attempted to log this with the Software Freedom Conservancy, but most likely due to their resource constraints, the case has hit a dead end.
I am bringing this directly to the Samba community to publicly document the violation and to see if any copyright holders on this list are willing to assist.
