Unimplemented outbound metadata recording in DC replication

Is outbound metadata recording in Samba DCs expected to be implemented soon?

Inbound replication:

                Last attempt @ Fri May 29 20:27:11 2026 WEST was successful
                0 consecutive failure(s).
                Last success @ Fri May 29 20:27:11 2026 WEST

Outbound replication:

                Last attempt @ NTTIME(0) was successful
                0 consecutive failure(s).
                Last success @ NTTIME(0)

The partner DC doesn't write the time values, so NTTIME is always zero.
