Connection timeout on server restart and need to restart tomcat to reconnect

Hi,
I stuck in one issue regarding
If server down for some time,and again If I want to reconnect via smb ,I
can't able to reconnect ever.This scenario happen not every time.And I am
not able to regenerate exact scenario.Can anyone throw some light on this
issue
