Updating data/PLATFORMS for x86_64-suse-linux

Hello,

After running the configure script for Serveez 0.2.2, it requested that
I help you update data/PLATFORMS for my platform.

Both the configure script and "make check" worked.

My only option to ./configure was "--build=x86_64-suse-linux", although
I should note that I have CC=clang in my environment.

NAME=openSUSE
VERSION="13.1 (Bottle)"
VERSION_ID="13.1"
PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64)"

Compiler Info:
clang version 3.3 (branches/release_33 183898)
Target: x86_64-suse-linux
