It's 2014.  Move to GPLv3+: done.  Next step: copyright assignment.
Here's the list of contributors in AUTHORS:

 Martin Grabmueller
 Raimund Jacob
 Stefan Jahn
 Thien-Thi Nguyen

To proceed, we need to obtain permission from these people, basically a
statement like: "I don't object to assigning Serveez copyright to the FSF."
If we get 100%, we can proceed.  If we don't, status quo prevails.

So, to kick things off, i will say:
I don't object to assigning Serveez copyright to the FSF.

We are lucky that the above list is short; i hope we get responses, ACK
or NAK, from everyone relatively quickly (say, by end of February).
