SCT 1.2 Beta1

The new version of the SILC Crypto Toolkit is now available!  The source
package of the software is available from the SCT website:

  	http://sct.silc.fi/

A first beta version of the new SILC Crypto Toolkit is finally.  This is 
still pretty preliminary release so expect problems if you decide to try 
it out.  Most people should wait for beta2.  The beta stage of SCT is also 
going to be fairly long.
