SILC Client 1.0 release date

The release date for the SILC Client 1.0 has been now confirmed. The SILC
Client 1.0 will be released on November 27, 2003.  Any outstanding issues
to the current SILC Client version should be notified now.  Today is also
effectively the code freeze day for the SILC Client 1.0, and only critical
bugfixes can be made to the client now.  Any non-critical bugs and issues
will be left to 1.0.x versions.  Some new 0.9.x versions of the client may
be released before the November 27.
