[BUG SUB] display errors - SILC Client - Cygwin 1.0

Description:

the display gets distorted anytime new information is added to the screen,  Resizing the command window fixes it, but it again distorts when new information is entered


How to repeat:

as far as i know, its just the silc client in general that has issues with drawing to the command window.


Remote Environment:

I was running a SILC server on my local network, whatever server version comes thru Ubuntu\'s apt manager (probably latest)

The client was the latest cygwin.exe download.


Fix:

I was able to fix the distortion issue by using this version of the cygwin.dll

not sure if you guys made any changes to the dll for security (afterall thats what silc is for right :P) but it seems to have fixed the display.  Please let me know if the DLL brings up any security issues.
