SILC Client 1.0.4 prerelease - please test

Hi,

http://silcnet.org/~coffee/silc-client-1.0.4-pre.tar.gz is the
prerelease for 1.0.4. please test and report problems.

changes include:

o silc.pl script for sign_messages
o use password from config file for joining channels, and try to
  remember it when cycling
o always return a valid username (requires to compile with includes
  silc-toolkit)
o dont block when your username and nickname only differ in case
o hopefully fix all autodist issues
