Bug in silcclient with filetransfers

Hi,
while hacking filetransfers into kopete_silc[1], i found a bug, that
crashes the other silcclient. When i call silc_client_file_close, in an
SilcFileMonitor in the case of offset == filesize, the remote client
segfaults.

I develop kopete_silc on an gentoo maschine and because i needed the
newest version of silc-toolkit i wrote two little ebuilds for gentoo:
* silc-toolkit from cvs
* autodist-1.3.1
both can be found here[2]
