typo in porting.html

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know, there's an obvious typo in SILC Toolkit
Reference's porting.html.

http://www.silcnet.org/docs/toolkit/porting.html

It needs a s/SilcClientOperation /SilcClientOperations /.
