SILC CVS trunk development

Hello,

As the 1.1 tree has now entered into a maintenance phase, with expection 
of the SILC Server beta phase, the 1.2 development has started in CVS 
trunk.  This email is for all who are interested in the development in the 
trunk but especially to all those developers that have write access to the 
CVS and for those developers that would like contribute code to the CVS 
tree.

As the 1.2 Toolkit will be splitted into three separate Toolkits, SILC 
Toolkit, SILC Crypto Toolkit and SILC Runtime Toolkit, the development 
will change a bit so that all changelogs are always marked to correct 
package.  Because of this the old CHANGES file is now deprecated and 
changelog files are package specific:

apps/irssi/CHANGES	for SILC Client and SILC Plugin changelog
apps/silcd/CHANGES	for SILC Server changelog
CHANGES.TOOLKIT		for SILC Client library, SILC Server library,
 			and SILC protocl core library changelog
CHANGES.RUNTIME		for SILC Runtime Toolkit changelog
CHANGES.CRYPTO		for SILC Crypto Toolkit changelog

The directories per package are, currently, as follows:

SILC Toolkit
 	lib/silcclient
 	lib/silcserver
 	lib/silccore
 	lib/silcapputil
 	lib/silcvcard
 	lib/silchttp
 	lib/silcsftp
 	lib/silcske

SILC Runtime Toolkit
 	lib/silcutil

SILC Crypto Toolkit
 	lib/silccrypt
 	lib/silcmath
 	lib/silcskr
 	lib/silcasn1

The actual split has not yet been done in the trunk, but if any 
development is done, the changelog should be written to correct file 
already.
