Software: silc-toolkit Version: 1.1.2 Operating System: OpenSUSE 10.3 alpha Installation: Severity: non-critical Description: Here is several patches for silc-toolkit: http://pack.suse.cz/sbrabec/silc-toolkit/ silc-buildroot.patch: Removes traces of buildroot from installed .la files. silc-toolkit-strict-aliasing.patch: Removes unneeded type casts, which may cause bad code in compilers with strict aliasing checks. silc-tutorial-makefile.patch: Attempt to fix doc makefile to allow compilation of examples in installed instance. Incomplete and untested - there is missing tutorial/mybot/Makefile in the build, Makefile.defines is not regenerated from Makefile.defines, some build root references still remain (libtool). How to repeat: Search for build directory references in .la files. Watch for gcc warnings (included in the patch). Try to compile mybot from installed Makefile. Remote Environment: unspecified Fix: unspecified _______________________________________________________________________ Info: https://lists.silcnet.org/mailman/listinfo/silc-announce Archive: https://lists.silcnet.org/pipermail/silc-announce FAQ: http://silcnet.org/support/faq/
