messages appearing twice with silc-plugin

in order to fix the bug of messages appearing twice with the SILC
Plugin, you need to remove the symbolic link libfe-silc.so. It exists so
older versions of Irssi can load the plugin. Current versions will load
the frontend module twice which causes messages to be printed twice.
