Silc Developers, Thank you in advance for addressing this issue. I am writing a silc messenging program with a gui, and am using the silc toolkit 1.1.5 with Visual Studios 2005 and C++. I am writing a silc client for work in a low and poor connectivity environment. In the event that the server stops responding (if for example I lose network connection on the machine or the server just becomes unavailable), is it necessary to close the connection and keep attempting to re-open it? Or would it be better procedure to stop the silc client and start it again? Thanks Again, Brian _______________________________________________________________________ Info: https://lists.silcnet.org/mailman/listinfo/silc-announce Archive: https://lists.silcnet.org/pipermail/silc-announce FAQ: http://silcnet.org/support/faq/
