gethostname() issue with Symbian platform

Hello Experts,
 
I am deveoping an application for Symbian platform using SILC, but I got error "Fuction not implemented" which happens in silc_net_localhost() function when calling gethostname(). It looks like gethostname() is not implemented yet on Symbian at least it is not working on Emulator. My environment is Carbide v1.2 and Symbian S60 3rd initial release(Symbian 9.1). Do you have any idea about this problem or is there any other substitute for gethostname() function on Symbian? Any help would be appreciated.
