silc client version 1.1.4 fails if terminal is resized during passphrase prompt

The silc client version 1.1.4 fails if the controlling terminal is
resized while the private key passphrase prompt is present.

Steps to reproduce:  

0) Open a resizable terminal emulator (konsole, gnome-terminal, rxvt,
   etc).

1) launch silc within that terminal

2) While the "Private key passphrase: " prompt is visible, resize the
   terminal

The silc client briefly emits "silc: Interrupted system call" and
"[Error]: Could not load key pair" before terminating with status code
1.

I'm afraid i don't have a fix for this behavior.
