Hello,
I have been getting a Server ID not valid error when trying to
connect a silc server (Server B) to a silc server/router (Server A).
Server B is behind a NAT, so I checked the server logs on Server A to
figure out which IP Server B was using to connect. I set that IP as
hostname in the ServerInfo section, but am still getting the same error.
Am I supposed to put Server B's NAT IP in primary listener info instead?
Also, the logs on Server A say
"Incoming connection from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)"
regardless of what I set the hostname to be. What does the first and
second IP address in the incoming connection log actually reflect?
Server A OS: Gentoo
Server B OS: Ubuntu
both servers are running Silc Server 1.1.14
Thanks in advance,
Brian
