Silky 0.5.2 for Windows has been released

Hi.

Some of you have been waiting this for quite a long time... Here it is:
Silky 0.5.2 for Windows.

This version should also not hang the way that previous versions did. A
possible cause was found from the SILC Toolkit and was fixed. Please
report if you notice any total GUI hangs with this version. Thanks!

Please notice that this build of Silky requires new version of GTK. Do
not attempt to run Silky with previous versions of GTK.

 (We've tested Silky with 2.4.13-rc1)
