[WEB REQ] compile gaim silc failed - gaim-1.0.3.tar.gz

Operating System: Fermi Linux Release 7.3.1 (Bottom)
Installation: source

Hi! Itry to compile gaim silc from source code gaim-1.0.3.tar.gz in my RH7.3.x machine but got following error message.
