A lot of windows users of GAIM and other packages cannot install compiliers to build the distribution packages for projects like SILC/GAIM. It would be helpful for the SILC project to provide binaries of the GAIM plug-in and other required libraries as binary \'drop-ins\' or provide informational links to those who might do this.
