I can\'t find the first word on your web site about creating an account and establishing login credentials somewhere.  Do I have to run my own SILC server? even then I wouldnt know yet how to log into it.

Is account creation part of the reference implementation? that is, will I have to install cygwin and that client just so I can use it once to create an account, and switch to Gaim (which I\'m already using)?
