Connecting silky and silcd

HI all,

I have silcd running on my laptop and I'm trying to connect to it
using the silky client. When it works, the silcd server will be
run on a LAN without any connection to the internet.

When I run:

    /server whatever 706

I get the following response on the silky window:

    [19:18] Connecting to server 'whatever'...
    [19:18] Disconnected from whatever. ()
    [19:18] There was an error while connecting to the server.

I've looked in the silcd logs and there's nothing of any interest
there, just server start/stop messages.

The versions are:

    silcd-server-1.0.3 (compiled from source)
    silky-0.5.2-2 (Ubuntu package)

Anybody have any idea why this is not working?
