SILC Server 1.1pre0 for testing

Hello,

The first alpha version of the upcoming SILC Server 1.1 now available for 
early testers.  It doesn't yet have full functionality but most of the 
features should work already.  It's available from:

 	http://silcnet.org/priikone/pre/

I'm not listing the new features of the 1.1 server just yet as some of 
them have not been even done yet.  There's time for that when we get 
to beta versions.  Happy testing.
